Shuffle Master, Inc. to Announce Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2008 Financial Results



Shuffle Master, Inc. announced today that the Company will hold a conference call to discuss its operating results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended October 31, 2008, with the details as follows:

Time: 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time)

For fiscal year end October 31, 2008, Shuffle Master is an accelerated filer which requires that its Form 10-K be filed on or before January 14, 2009. Management currently expects to file the Form 10-K on January 14th and hold the conference call on the following day, January 15, 2009. The Company will also issue a press release providing a summary of its operating results on January 14th concurrent with the filing of its Form 10-K. The earnings release and Form 10-K will be available on the Company's website, www.shufflemaster.com.

The live audio webcast may be accessed at www.shufflemaster.com simultaneously with the commencement of the call. Please allow at least 15 minutes to register and download any necessary software (Real Player Basic is required). Following the live broadcast, interested parties may replay the webcast by accessing the Company’s website.
